Check-in to ensure prep is going smoothly, & answer any questions
Execute home staging & receive emailed completion notes, feedback and after photos
Receive home staging invoice

Book inventory removal & receive notice when your property is empty

Service Two - Home Design
The full “we make your design dreams come true service.” - How it works
Book an in person consultation at the property - Take before photos
Discuss your “needs and wishes” for your project
Discuss your design style, colour preferences, & storage solutions
Book second consult to present blueprint plans, discuss samples and firm up on all design aspects.
Begin making purchases, collecting decor inventory, hiring/executing necessary tradesman and working towards project completion.
Daily and weekly check-ins to ensure execution is going smoothly & make any necessary changes -Take progress photos
Continue purchasing home decor & necessary pieces for execution day
Once all renovations, paint, & alterations are complete, we set up & assemble all furniture, decor items and finishing touches, take after photos and present to you your beautiful new space!
Note - All billable design hours are logged daily, tallied and invoiced at the time of project completion. Hourly rate discussed during initial consult. *
Note - All consultation bookings are scheduled for 1 hour.
Should you only require a consultation and no further design or staging assistance, an invoice of $100 + HST will be billed. *
